Meetings are held alternatively at Okehampton Town Council offices and at Meldon Village Hall. They are usually held on the first Tuesday of each month and start at 7.30 pm.  Members of the public and press are welcome to attend any meeting.

A member of the public may speak during the 'Members of the Public' session which are usually at the start of meetings, they are then entitled to remain and listen to the rest of the meeting if they wish to do so.
