Most grants awarded are of the order of £150 - £300, with a maximum payment of £500.
Grant applications are considered at each meeting of the Parish Council. Dates of meetings are posted on this website and Parish Council Noticeboards.
Grant applications must meet the criteria set out in the Grant Application Conditions and applications must be made on the Parish Council’s application form which can be downloaded below. The application form is also obtainable from the Parish Clerk. Applications should be returned to the Parish Clerk and accompanied by appropriate accounts or supporting financial information as detailed on the form. Applications may be refused or deferred if applicants do not comply with these requirements.
Grant applicants are also encouraged to apply to the Okehampton Town Council for funding.
